About Miss Vento

This is Miss Vento's second year teaching at Cope Middle School.  Last year Miss Vento taught sixth grade Math and English.  She was THRILLED to be asked back to Cope as a seventh grade teacher, teaching History and Science.

Miss Vento is a graduate of the University of San Diego.  She received her Bachelors in Business Administration, and also graduated with a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential as a graduate student at USD.  After teaching for a year in San Diego, Miss Vento moved back to Redlands, where she grew up, and started working for Redlands Unified School District.

In the 2010-2011 school year, Miss Vento will become Mrs. Taggart.  That's right, she's getting married!  The big day is September 5, 2010.  Only a few more months to go!

On her free time, Miss Vento enjoys coaching Girls Waterpolo at Redlands High School (Go Dogs!), fitness, yoga, and cooking.  These days, most of her free time is also spent working on, and planning, her wedding.
